CHALLENGE 

An IT firm in Charlotte, NC faced major challenges in completing an ERP system upgrade using Infor Visual. Internal issues and unclear technical requirements had stalled the project for months. With outside vendor support being costly and difficult to secure, the firm sought an ERP consultant to help finish the upgrade. However, the firm had no clear job description and a limited budget. 

SOLUTION 

The Reserves Network teamed up with the client to tackle these challenges. First, we worked closely with the firm to understand their technical needs. Then, we provided a skilled ERP consultant within their budget. Our consultant played a key role in moving the project forward.  Over six months, the contract was successfully completed. Even while looking for other full-time jobs, our consultant stayed committed to ensuring a smooth transition by training their qualified replacement. 

RESULTS 

TRN’s involvement helped us gain a deeper understanding of the client’s technical environment and company culture. We built strong relationships with their IT managers, leading to the successful placement of a key IT Manager who integrated well into their team.
