- Lead a dedicated and experienced team of ~10 Service technicians
- Direct Hire role, generous base compensation, range of ~ $70,000 plus generous variable compensation / bonus; commensurate with experience

- High school and/or equivalent experience minimum
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field; preferred
- 3+ years of service and support experience; Operations and Management
- Passionate about Operational Effectiveness, Culture & Team development, and Process discipline
- Familiar with John Deere and competitive Agricultural and large equipment
- Act as the primary customer contact for the Service Department
- Develop, communicate, lead and monitor Service Dept processes to drive internal and external customer satisfaction
- Assist with customer clinic, field days and related promotional events
- Schedule, assign and review work orders for completeness and accuracy
- Manage service warranty and product claims timely
- Grow customer market share through strong customer connections
- Create a positive culture to develop a high performing team
- Understanding of financial management and metrics for the Service Department
