Job Description
Play a critical role in supporting production goals and maintaining high company standards when you become an inventory clerk with one of the leading designers and manufacturers of fiber optic networking products. Our client primarily serves three growing end-markets: cable television broadband, fiber-to-the-home, and internet data centers. As an Inventory Clerk, you will manage daily material movements and ensure timely processing of all material transactions while maintaining assets to prevent loss or damage.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for issuing and receiving various types of inventories
- Perform regular inventory counts
- Ensuring material accuracy using SAP/MES Inventory modules
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Process work orders
- Collaborate with production control to meet specific requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-3 years of experience working with electronic parts and components with inventory management
- Knowledge of SAP inventory module is required
- At least 2 to 3 years of working experience with electronic parts/ components inventory management is preferred
- Keen eye for detail
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
