About the Role:
As an On-Site Supervisor, you'll be a key player in supporting our client location, working closely with client leadership to address their staffing needs. This role offers a chance to shape the future of staffing and directly impact the workforce's performance. You’ll be responsible for onboarding, managing, and supporting a contingent workforce, while ensuring compliance and quality standards are met.
- Participate in client production meetings to understand their needs
- Lead weekly meetings with supervisors to align on strategies and client goals
- Check-in our contingent workforce. Review call-offs and coordinate replacements
- Orient new hires to client systems, policies, and procedures
- Monitor performance, provide coaching, and manage employee reviews
- Maintain records, process timesheets, and generate reports
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or in a manufacturing environment is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
- Experience working with diverse candidate pools (blue and white collar roles)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Must be able to conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times
