DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administrations or related field required.
- Minimum of six years direct experience in compensation in the healthcare industry required
- Three years supervision experience
- CCP certification preferred.
WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?
As a Compensation leader, you will directly impact the positioning of the organization as an employer of choice in the region. Responsible for the planning, implementation and management of all compensation programs ensuring daily operations are compliant with federal/state laws and regulations.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Oversee the execution of day-to-day administration of all employee compensation programs
- Conducts research to identify trends and recommends new plans to attract, engage and retain employees
