Full-Cycle Corporate Recruiter (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: $90,000 a year; Depending upon Experience.
Location: Tampa, Florida 33602
Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
An established home builder in the Tampa Florida area is seeking a Full-Cycle Corporate Recruiter to join their team!
What you will be doing:
- Identify, screen, recruit, and make employment offers to potential candidates for assigned job openings.
- Facilitate full-cycle recruitment for assigned job openings.
- Work with management to identify staffing needs and requirements.
- Conduct intake calls and provide process overviews and realistic expectations to hiring managers.
- Participate job fairs, career events, and professional networking events.
- Coach hiring managers on behavioral interview skills and techniques.
- Comply with all Company EEO, anti-discrimination and anti-retaliation policies, practices, and procedures.
What is Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ten or more years’ experience as a Recruiter in a corporate HR department or recruiting agency with an emphasis on full-cycle recruiting; experience with behavioral interviewing a plus.
- Must possess strong knowledge of proactive sourcing options.
- Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products and applicant tracking systems.
