Human Resources Manager
Salary: 70,000/yr. – $95000/yr.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Maintain benefits, leave and compensation programs
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Develop HR budgets, employee training, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Assess training needs and monitor training programs
List Qualification or Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in public or business administration, Human Resources Administration, or a related field is required
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a full HR role, with 3 years of management of staff. Experience in a medical environment preferred.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in personnel administration, management, or supervision of employees
- PHR/SPHR and/or SHRM-CP/SCPA credentials of master’s degree in public or business administration is preferred
- Must be familiar with current laws and regulations regarding employers’ and employees’ rights and obligations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of HRIS training software is a plus
