Facilities Maintenance 3rd Shift
Pay Rate: $30.00/36.00 Per hour (DOE)

10:45 pm– 7:15 am Sunday – Friday
You will be part of a dynamic team in Southington, CT when you apply for the Facilities Maintenance role. Major duties for this position include The Maintenance Technician supporting the plant needs regarding all production equipment, plant support equipment, and building systems to achieve the production plan and improve process performance and preventive maintenance. Support and actively manage troubleshooting and preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment availability, minimize downtime hours, and optimize production. Duties are performed in a high-volume high-speed manufacturing environment where individuals are involved with overhauling equipment and the installation of new equipment.
Responsibilities for Facilities Maintenance:
- Perform machine and systems troubleshooting and repair and assist engineering.
- Perform preventive maintenance according to schedule to ensure equipment remains in peak operating condition. Perform corrective maintenance as required.
- Support PLC, vision, and motor software systems diagnostics.
- Install and modify integrated systems to improve upon current equipment performance
- Interface with other departments to provide and obtain information necessary to complete assigned equipment maintenance, changeover, testing, and return to operation.
Qualification or Requirements for Facilities Maintenance:
- Ability to perform machine/systems troubleshooting/repair
- Understand procedures/schematics/blueprints/preventive and corrective maintenance
- Knowledge of PLCs
- Mechanical aptitude
- Minimum of five years of work experience as a facilities maintenance controls technician on automated assembly equipment.
