- Temporary position potential for permanent placement
- On-site position located in the Columbus, Ga area.
- 8:00am-5:00pm Monday – Friday
- Interact with Housing Authority Public Housing Participants, community resource/service providers, referral agencies, and others to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery.
- Assist residents in identifying necessary services and benefits to support their independence, self-sufficiency, and overall well-being, including the development and monitoring of Individual Training Service Plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with community businesses and organizations to ensure the availability of locations for assessments, training, and job placements. Also, establish connections between residents and referral agency staff.
- Execute Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Contracts of Participation, track and report data to promote service quality, and manage tasks such as preparing files, establishing escrow accounts, and analyzing data for program improvements.
- Promote various programs (e.g., Homeownership, GED, job training, credit repair) through outreach, actively market the program to agencies/employers, and recruit new participants while ensuring the protection of participants' rights and modeling exemplary work ethics.
- High School Diploma or GED required.

- Must be able to work with Microsoft Office
