What matters most as the customer service representative:
- Pay at $16.20/hour
- 3 schedule options- 12p – 8:30p, 12:30p – 9p, 1p – 9:30p, 1:30p – 10p EST with one weekend day required
- Benefits offered: 2 medical plans, dental, and vision
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
Your new role as the customer service representative:
- Resolve customers’ service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills
- Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
Your experience as the customer service representative:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-4 years customer service-related experience required
