A national law firm specializing in government debt collection is seeking a Bilingual Collector to join their team! With your strong communication skills, you will profoundly impact the organization by helping to collect delinquent accounts. Submit your resume today!
Responsibilities:
- Locate and monitor overdue accounts.
- Notify customers of delinquent accounts by mail or telephone.
- Confer with customers about their accounts and advise strategies for debt repayment.
- Help customers make arrangements for debt repayment or establish repayment schedules.
- Maintain email correspondence and follow up voicemails.
List Qualification or Requirements:
- Must be Bilingual; Spanish and English.
- Good written & verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office and Internet Explorer.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong time management and negotiation skills.
