Financial Reporting Manager
An outstanding organization in Des Moines is looking for a Financial Reporting Manager to join their Statutory Accounting Team! This is an integral member of a team that not only supports and leads staff members but is needed to build relationships and bridges between other functional business units in the organization.
WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT THIS FINANCIAL REPORTING MANAGER OPPORTUNITY?
- Direct Hire
- Hybrid – 2 days in office – MUST live within 50 miles of Des Moines
- $100,000 to $110,000 with flexibility depending on experience
- 10% target bonus!
DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE FINANCIAL REPORTING MANAGER?
- STAT accounting and finance experience required
- Management/leadership experience required
- CPA big plus
- SAP big plus (Or other ERP systems)
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Manage staff of 3 individuals
- Collaborate with other business unit leaders
- File quarterly and annual STAT statements
- Financial statement preparation and review
- General ledger journal entries and account reconciliations
