We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist in Cleveland, OH, to join an exceptional team providing trauma-informed care to survivors and guests. This role is crucial to day-to-day operations, offering administrative support to various programs and staff while maintaining confidentiality on sensitive matters. This position has opened due to company growth and expanding service needs. You will report directly to the Manager of Client Services.
- Provide reception coverage and greet guests and survivors upon entry.
- Handle incoming phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Assess situations and maintain composure in stressful conditions.
- Offer general administrative support to programs and staff.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
