Job Description
As a Maintenance Clerk in an office setting, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of maintenance and facility upkeep to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. This includes managing repair requests, scheduling routine inspections, and overseeing vendor services to maintain the office's operational standards. Responsibilities:
- Cleans and inspects the coffee makers and water dispensers on all floors daily
- Serves as point of contact for bottled water vendor; delivers water bottles as requested
- Reloads paper and ensures sufficient toner levels are present in large copiers stationed in hallways throughout the office
- Delivers boxes, assists with moving and assembling furniture such as desk and chairs as needed
- Hangs pictures and performing other light maintenance duties, such as mount coat hooks, change light bulbs, etc., as requested.
- Sets up conference rooms for meeting, depositions, etc. as requested.
- Ensures all clocks in lobby, conference rooms, and hallways are always set properly, changes batteries regularly
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to produce high quality and accurate work
- Proficiency with technology such as Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings, including drug tests and background checks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must hold a valid Texas Driver’s License and maintain a clean driving record
- Occasional ability to work extended hours to accommodate workload demands
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks safely.

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
