DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in engineering leadership, ideally in the precast concrete sector.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team of engineers and designers.
- In-depth knowledge of design, modeling, and detailing principles.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?
As the Structural Engineering Lead, you will direct a team of engineers and designers, effectively manage workloads and priorities, and ensure our products consistently meet or surpass quality benchmarks and customer expectations.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Oversee a team of engineers and designers, establishing objectives, tracking performance, providing constructive feedback, and managing resources.
- Foster the professional growth of team members by offering mentorship and development opportunities to elevate their skill sets
- Manage all stages of the design process, from concept and modeling to detailing and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with the team to ensure the highest quality standards are met, aligning with customer expectations
- Lead design meetings and cross-departmental discussions to align on business goals.
- Facilitate clear communication and coordination with both internal teams and external partners.
- Maintain project timelines, adapting to shifting priorities when necessary.
