Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: 77072
Hours: Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm
Pay: $25-29/hr.

Responsibilities:
- Manage collection efforts for past–due accounts and resolve customer billing issues
- Process and post daily cash receipts, bank deposits, and adjustments (debit/credit memos)
- Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and update customer billing information
- Escalate collection efforts and notify operations of any outstanding AR concerns
- Collaborate with the AR Manager to review progress and address issues weekly
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable is required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Familiarity with Great Plains and FieldPoint is a plus
- Strong punctuality and attendance habits
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
