Shift: Monday-Friday 1st Shift 6am- 2:30 pm or 7am-3:30 pm
We are seeking a Mechanical and electrical experienced individual who will be responsible for conducting machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance service and other tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide variety of task and operations involving the complete maintenance of the Holland facility and grounds. Supports the Holland safety process. Assist with the safety and security of the Holland facilities and grounds and operate some bench machines. Use precision instruments requiring interpretation. Check own work, diagnose and correct problems. Work to improve overall productivity, quality and reliability of all Holland facility and grounds. Knowledge of Industrial Power, Plumbing, and HVAC
List Qualification or Requirements:
- Must have High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years Facility Maintenance experience
- Knowledge of Industrial Power, plumbing, and HVAC
- General knowledge and experience of building & facility maintenance practices, supplies, and equipment and the ability to use them economically.
- Ability to read equipment schematics
- Ability to diagnose electrical issues on equipment
- Power distribution experience
Essential Capabilities
- The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception and Ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
