Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Part-Time)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our clients' team on a part-time basis, Monday through Thursday. This role is essential in supporting our accounts payable functions, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting during high-demand month-end and year-end closings. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance or accounting and proficiency in accounting software. Responsibilities:
- Support accounts payable functions by processing invoices, payments, and vendor inquiries
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Utilize accounting software, preferably Yardi, to streamline financial operations and data management.
List Qualification or Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting (required).
- Experience using Yardi (required).
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to treating all individuals with respect and care.
- Ability to successfully pass pre-employment screenings
