CNC Machinist
Pay Rate: $22- $24 hourly compensation.
Location: Franklin, WI
Hours: 1st shift, Monday – Friday, 7:30 am to 4 pm
As a CNC Machinist you will be responsible for setting up and operating 3-axis CNC Machines to produce high-quality one-of-a-kind parts. The CNC Machinist will work with a variety of materials and must be able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC mills & CNC lathes to produce parts and components.
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, etc. to ensure parts meet specifications.
- Ability to machine a wide variety of materials with close tolerances.
- Keep work area and machines clean and always organized.
Requirements:
- Two years of experience CNC machining.
- Experience operating CNC mills and CNC lathes willing to train to set-up machines.
- Must possess a positive and professional attitude.
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Exemplary attendance and punctuality.
- Physical ability to do work requiring frequent standing, bending, twisting, turning, and lifting to 30lbs.
