Member Services Representative – Teller
Pay Rate: $19/hr. – $22/hr.
Location: Sugar Land, TX 77478
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and welcome members and visitors professionally, providing prompt and accurate service during transactions.
- Transaction Processing: Receive and verify deposits, cash checks, and process withdrawals.
- Payment Handling: Receive mortgage, consumer loan, and other payments; match to balances due, enter payments into computer record, and issue member receipts.
- Account Management: Place holds on accounts for uncollected funds and reconcile discrepancies in balances.
- Operational Support: Manage inventory and maintenance of teller station supplies, report equipment malfunctions, and handle night depository bag checks and documentation.
List Qualification or Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of two years customer service experience with a financial institution.
- Previous cash handling experience required.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Strong communication and customer service.
