We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team as a strategic partner to the President. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Your experience as the Executive Assistant:
- Associate’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting high-level executives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience in the agriculture or food production industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities as the Executive Assistant:
- Manage and maintain the President’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the President.
- Organize and maintain files and records, both electronic and physical.
- Coordinate and prepare agendas, materials, and logistics for meetings, including Board meetings and executive team meetings.
- Record minutes, track action items, and follow up as necessary.
- Arrange and manage detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas for the President.
- Prepare expense reports and handle reimbursement processes.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.
- Act as a point of contact between the President and internal/external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and coordination across different teams and departments.
- Oversee office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
