Staff Accountant

WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT THIS STAFF ACCOUNTANT OPPORTUNITY?
- Direct Hire
- Onsite – one day from home once fully trained
- $65000 with some flexibility depending on experience AND bonus potential!
DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE STAFF ACCOUNTANT?
- Associate’s degree in accounting minimum – Bachelor’s degree preferred
- MS Excel skills – pivot tables, v-look ups, macros, formulas, etc.
- Ability to travel domestically once a quarter (once fully trained)
- Min 3 years in accounting – debits, credits, reconciliations, journal entries
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS THE STAFF ACCOUNTANT INCLUDE:
- Manage ACH payment processing
- Code and process invoices for accounts payables and accounts receivables
- Balance the general ledger and research and understand any imbalances
- Account reconciliations
