The Reserves Network has partnered with a leading company in Omaha, NE, seeking a dedicated Inside Sales/Account Manager. This position is a key role on the Inside Sales team, offering an opportunity to collaborate cross-departmentally and with customers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Your Experience as the Inside Sales/Account Manager:
- 1-3 years of experience in project estimating, sales, and customer support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to read and understand technical specifications and drawings.
- Comfortable engaging with customers via telephone, virtual platforms, and in-person.
What Matters Most as the Inside Sales/Account Manager:
- Annual salary of $50-55k, based on experience.
- Full-time, Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm schedule

- Direct Hire opportunity with growth potential.
- Onsite position for team collaboration.
Your New Role as the Inside Sales/Account Manager:
- Work with customers to develop solutions within the company’s product and service offering.
- Coordinate with the outside sales force on customer requests, market demands, and emerging trends.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to develop custom applications and solutions.
- Follow-up with customers regarding active quotations and existing orders.
- Engage in a fast-paced environment, interacting comfortably with other departments.
