We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join the legal department and provide comprehensive support to the Internal General Counsel. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Your experience as the Executive Assistant:
- High School Degree or equivalent.
- 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably with exposure to legal processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Perks of the Executive Assistant:
- Salary range $60,000-$75,000 DOE.
- Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Key Responsibilities as the Executive Assistant:
- Manage and maintain the Internal General Counsel’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, and presentations related to legal matters.
- Organize and maintain legal files and documentation in the company’s system.
- Coordinate agendas, materials, and logistics for legal and board meetings.
- Assist with budget tracking and legal case management.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
