Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00 am – completion | Salary: $20 an hour
In this role, you will safely and efficiently operate assigned machinery, manage equipment for production and material handling, and conduct quality inspections to ensure product standards.
What you will be doing:
- Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and productively, following Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions.
- Manage equipment for production and material handling as assigned and may operate complex machinery with minimal supervision.
- Comply with all safety policies and practices, including using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensuring machine safety features are functional.
- Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure quality and maintain housekeeping and general maintenance in the work area.
- Adhere to work location rules and procedures, performing operations as directed by the supervisor and troubleshooting technical issues as needed.
What is Required:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently
- Additional job-related experience may be required as a pre-requisite for select technical positions
- A minimum of 3 years of prior manufacturing production experience is required within the appliable skillset for the position
- Must be willing and able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as requested Must submit pre-placement background check
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Occasional climbing/balancing
- Continuous standing and frequent lifting/carrying, stooping/bending/squatting/pulling/pushing, twisting of the trunk and neck, reaching and grasping/squeezing
