Internal Audit Manager role with a global organization that is looking to bring on their first dedicated internal auditor. This role will be critical in continuing to oversee the internal controls of a highly complex and diverse organization.
What Matters Most:
- Base salary of $135000 – $170000 per year
- Direct Hire role
- Hybrid opportunity with most of your time in the office
- Located near the Aksarben area of Omaha
- Open to assisting in relocating the right candidate
Your New Role:
You will co-source the audit function and there will be a heavy focus on documentation. You will manage the program that is already built and take it forward from where it is today. As the single internal auditor you will get your hands dirty in every area and process they have. Ideally, the right person will also set up data analytics that will help monitor the entire audit process.
Your Experience:
- Must be a CPA or CIA and have 2+ years of internal audit experience
- Must be able to work without direct guidance
- Must have very strong communication skills and be able to use influence to execute
