Play a critical role in maintaining the physical condition and appearance of the sites when you become a maintenance technician for one of the top apartment complex companies in Council Bluffs, Ia and surrounding areas. As a maintenance technician, you will be working outside and inside, preforming appliance repairs, and completing work orders.
What matters most as a maintenance technician:
- Pay of $18 an hour
- On-site several locations in the Council bluffs area
- 1st shift, 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday

- Weekly pay via direct deposit
Your new role as a maintenance technician:
- Diagnose and perform major, minor and routine maintenance in a timely manner
- Organize, coordinate, and manage the overall maintenance program
- Work on interior and exterior property appearance and quality make-ready program
- Collect vendor bids and create cost-effective inventory control of the property
- Ensure residents receive excellent customer service and that the physical needs of the property are addressed
- Work closely with Community Business Manager to ensure the needs of the property are being met.
- Perform effective emergency maintenance and snow removal (after-hours) as required
- Coordinate preparations for city, state and government inspections
What you need as a maintenance technician:
- General maintenance experience
- Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing and electrical knowledge
