WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY?
- DIRECT HIRE opportunity
- HYBRID opportunity working 2 weeks onsite to start, then 3 days onsite (T, W, TH) and 2 days remotely (M & F).
- $110000 – $115000 per year with some flexibility based on skills and experience.

DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field preferred
- 8+ years of experience interacting with business and technology leaders to define workflows and solutions.
- Expertise in vendor management, training, support escalation, system adoption, and compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO27001 standards.
- Domain knowledge in industries like Printing or Health/Supply Chain, with a broad understanding of emerging technologies and experience in Agile frameworks, DevOps, and microservices.
- Strong technical background in delivering IT solutions, partner management, and strategy formulation, with experience managing complex NetSuite requirements.
- Skilled in business case development, workflow analysis, impact and risk analysis, and providing comprehensive client training on NetSuite functions.
WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?
As a NetSuite Administrator, you will apply your analytical expertise and deep knowledge of NetSuite to streamline business processes and identify opportunities for improvement within the client’s supply chain and financial operations.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Lead efforts to plan, gather, and analyze NetSuite business requirements, translating them into functional and non-functional needs.
- Drive the requirements process from planning to validation, applying business analysis skills to ensure clear communication throughout.
- Decompose complex business models to identify key functions and dependencies for NetSuite design considerations.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to clarify NetSuite functions, processes, and data flows, aligning with organizational needs.
- Ensure NetSuite integration into workflows, provide training, and verify solutions meet functional specifications while maintaining compliance with standards like HIPAA and GDPR.
