Facility Maintenance Technician

Look no further! One of our long-standing customers based out of Avon, Ohio is actively looking to add a Facility Maintenance Technician.
What will you do as a Facility Maintenance Technician? Perform work that involves the skills of a light craftsman, including operation of ATV, trucks and tractors while supporting snow/ice removal tasks. In the Facility Maintenance role, you will operate an ATV, trucks, and tractors to support snow/ice removal tasks; light carpentry skills to include the operation of electric hand tools and simple maintenance and troubleshooting of snow removal equipment.
What you will do:
- Perform quality facility maintenance checks inside and outside of the facility.
- Ensure equipment has safety checks and is in proper working order.
- Assume responsibility for all after hours facility maintenance repairs and improvements.
- Good verbal and written communication with maintenance supervisor and staff.
- Ensure the facility is safe and secure.
What you will need:
- Experience with masonry, plumbing; snow removal/large equipment, concrete.
- Flexible with your schedule to perform the duties required around.
- High School Diploma or GED OR post High School training in carpentry/maintenance.
- Possess a current Ohio Driver’s License with a good driving record.
- Ability to work off hours, weekends /on call with a great attitude and willing to do what it takes.
