- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
- 15+ years of Manufacturing experience, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role with P&L responsibility.
- Proven track record of successfully leading multi-sites across different industries and geographic regions.
- Own and drive results including Revenue growth, cost reductions, operational excellence, quality and safety.
- Provide a people first culture focused on growth, valuing differences and creativity.
- Strong business acumen, communication skills and emotional intelligence.
- Strategic Planning to meet company goals across Operations, Project Management, Logistics and Estimation.
- Drive Operational Efficiencies, KPI and metrics development and operational framework.
- Performance Management, Data Analytics and Estimation.
- Relationship management both internal and external.
