Family-owned Mentor office is adding an Office Administrator to their team! Your prior Office, QuickBooks Pro, AP and AR experience will make this a great opportunity for you! If you want to know more, call 440.974.7171 and set up your interview today!
ï‚· Monday through Friday 8am – 4:30pm
ï‚· $19 – $25/hr based on experience
ï‚· Business casual environment
Typical tasks include:
- Receive and process inbound calls, outbound collection calls
- Process Invoices in QuickBooks Pro
- Data entry
- Will grow into simple HR duties over time.
- Process billing
- Pre-employment screening required
Office Administrator requirements:
- QuickBooks Pro
- AP and AR background
- Turnkey with office experience
- Drug free / drug test required
- Prior experience in CSR role processing payroll
