Spring Fabricator
Pay Rate: $19.34 hourly compensation.
Location: Mayville, WI
Hours: 1st shift, Monday – Friday, 6 am to 2:30 pm
In your role as a Spring Fabricator, you will operate a variety of machines to produce/assemble springs under the supervisions of a Spring Fabricator #1 or lead person. You will have the opportunity to acquire the skills necessary to advance to Spring Fabricator #1 classification.
Responsibilities:
- Operate machines and assembly equipment such as rivet machines, assembly presses and power tools.
- Fit together manufactured parts into subassemblies or complete products.
- Basic inspection to ensure quality of parts.
- Maintain simple reports on productivity, quality, and safety.
Requirements:
- Must be able to read and understand blueprints and produce parts from the information obtained from the blueprints within require tolerances.
- 1-2 years’ experience
- Able to operate assembly equipment such as rivet machines, assembly presses and power tools.
- Physical ability to do work requiring frequent standing, bending, twisting, turning, and lifting to 30lbs.
