The Reserve Network is excited to hire a Blown Film Technicians who are committed to quality and safety in the workplace. You will follow blueprints and schematic workups to create precision implements and tools with large machinery.
What Matters Most:
- Temp to Perm position
- $19.00 an hour
- 12 hour shift:7pm- 7am
Your New Role:
- Lead and support production staff in the fulfillment of order requirements.
- Assist supervisor/production manager in overseeing production operator personnel.
- Operation of extrusion line including start-up, shut-down, execution of order set-up, and appropriate adjustments as specified on work orders.
- Coach and assist operators in their duties.
- Handle any personnel or production issue in absence of supervisor.
- Keep supervisor informed of quality, production, and personnel issues.
What You Need:
- Must have solid knowledge of extrusion and blown film processes including process temperature profiles, resins, additives, blenders, scrap reprocessing, seals and perforations, bag machine and winder.
- Steady work history showing reliability and commitment.
- Excellent math, reading, writing and mechanical aptitude.
- Good hand/eye coordination, ability to lift and maneuver rolls of plastic film weighing an excess of 75lbs.
