Machine Operator / Mixer
Long-term Contract
Pay Rate: $25.50 / hour
Shift: Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm
Location: Eagan, MN
 
A Global leader in water, hygiene, and energy technologies is looking to hire several Machine Operators for their growing team. The main function of the machine operator is to set up, operate, or tend more than one type of cutting or forming machine tool or robot.
 
As A Member of This Team:
  • Review daily mix schedules and ensures the raw materials required are available
  • Follow work instructions and accurately adds raw materials to the mixes manually .
  • Mix batches using variable agitation
  • Perform routine observation of product during the mixing and filling process to ensure batch quality.  Report any out-of-spec raw material, premixes or mixed batches and consult with Quality personnel during 
  • Properly clean out mix tanks
  • Operate fork trucks
You Will Need:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of mixing experience-chemical, a plus
  • Waterproof Safety boots are required
  • Must be able to simultaneously mix several tanks and accurately complete related documents
  • Must be able to participate in respirator fitness
  • Forklift experience is a plus
