- $35 – $40 HOURLY PAY RATE based on experience and skill set

DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
Required:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within an IT organization.
- Proven expertise in eliciting, analyzing, and organizing data from both familiar and unfamiliar subject areas.
- Strong documentation skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including O365, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Intermediate or higher proficiency with MS Visio or a comparable tool.
Desired:
- Business Analyst Certification (e.g., CAP, CBAP, CBDA, CFLBA, PBA, or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a Compliance role.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with QuickBase, Power BI, or Snowflake is highly desirable.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Collect and analyze data from various sources and stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance data in relevant trackers and databases.
- Regularly review sources for compliance updates and changes.
- Schedule and facilitate periodic stakeholder check-ins for compliance updates.
- Assist in creating and maintaining dashboards.
- Analyze key departmental business processes, including owners, interactions, inputs, and outputs.
- Organize, map, and visualize business processes for departmental reference.
- Provide strategic insights to the Business Compliance Team to enhance process efficiency and elevate compliance maturity.
