Skilled Carpenter – Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $30-$40/hour

Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm with overtime
The Reserves Network is currently seeking Skilled Carpenters to join a dynamic team, a trusted leader in construction and property development, located in Cleveland. The carpenter will join our Construction and Maintenance team, reporting directly to the Project Manager. Within this organization, you’ll play a vital role in building and maintaining exceptional spaces for our clients while working with a team that prioritizes craftsmanship, quality, and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to complete tasks.
- Construct, install, repair, and maintain structures, furniture, and fixtures across projects.
- Operate tools, machinery, and equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members and other trades to ensure project timelines are met.
- Inspect and measure materials to ensure accuracy and quality in all work performed.
List Qualification or Requirements:
- Proven experience as a carpenter or in a similar role within construction/commercial.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, materials, and safety protocols.
- Ability to lift heavy materials, work on ladders, and operate power tools safely.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in carpentry is a plus.
- Must be open to travel and have a valid Drivers License.
