Introduction Statement:
Join a family-owned company providing quality medical equipment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will support teams, optimize office operations, and ensure compliance of medical equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and distributing customer requests to CSR’s workflow system
- Contacting inactive accounts, following up on quotes, and opening sales orders
- Process, review, and quote orders. Handle returns and replacement orders. Create part numbers.
- Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, copying, scanning, data entry, answering calls, and sorting incoming mail, to support day-to-day office operations.
Qualifications or Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Good phone and computer skills.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately input and analyze numerical data. Able to multi-task.
- Experience with DocLink software system and a minimum of 2 years CS center experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
