Our client is a privately run prevention and wellness company founded in 1993, with corporate headquarters in Texas and operational offices in Ohio. The company operates community-based health screening services for adults aged 50 and up across the United States.
Outreach Sales Representative
What you will do:
- Make an average of 70 to 150 calls per shift from both new and returning customers
- Use a consultative sales approach to recommend medically relevant services, while converting leads and meeting sales goals.
- Insure great customer satisfaction with dialog with customers
What you Need:
- The desire to work in a fast pace outbound sales environment.
- Outstanding phone etiquette with a strong ability in sales
- Stable job history
- Ability to effectively handle stress and time management.
- A competitive mindset to meet and exceed performance/sales goals with three key metrics- conversion, prepay, and Revenue per appointment
- Satisfactory completion of a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
- Must have a minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps. Must be able to hard wire into internet router with laptop.
- Designated work area in your home free of noise and distraction.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $14 per hour, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
