Screw Machine Setup/Operator
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Hours: 5:45 AM – 3:45 PM (Monday – Thursday, OT possible on Friday)
Join the Screw Department team! This position is open due to increased production demands and our commitment to quality manufacturing. The Screw Machine Setup/Operator will report to the Screw Department Supervisor and will be responsible for setting up and operating machinery in compliance with ISO and safety requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Perform machine setup and operation, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Read and interpret calipers and CMC prints.
- Complete necessary documentation, including quality forms and inspection reports.
- Conduct setup inspections and provide training for new operators.
Qualifications or Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in using hand tools and operating machinery.
- Strong communication skills and ability to read technical documents.
