Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day (flexible with a 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule)
Pay: $23 to $26 per hour
- Document Compilation:
Compile all necessary documents to apply for permits, utilities, and architectural approvals for new home starts. - Permit Tracking:
Maintain an organized log to monitor permit statuses and proactively follow up to ensure the permitting process moves forward efficiently. - Plan Review:
Order and review plot plans and engineering plans for accuracy, identifying and resolving any discrepancies. - Start Package Creation:
Assemble and distribute comprehensive construction start packages to ensure teams have the information required for a successful build.
- Prior experience in homebuilding is strongly preferred. Familiarity with the processes, terminology, and pace of the industry is highly beneficial for success in this role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in managing logs, documentation, and processes efficiently.
