Job Description
Step into the exciting world of semiconductor manufacturing! As a Semiconductor Processing Technician (or Wafer Fabrication Technician), you’ll help create advanced optical components powering global connectivity in internet data centers, broadband networks, and telecommunications. Responsibilities:
- Process semiconductor wafers in a Class 10,000 cleanroom
- Operate precision tools, inspect products, and ensure top quality
- Log production data per ISO 9001 standards
- Collaborate with teams to optimize processes and meet production goals
- Maintain equipment and follow safety and cleanroom protocols
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience in a cleanroom environment, especially in assembly or manufacturing.
- Skilled in using microscopes, hand tools, and tweezers for small devices.
- Capable of precisely planning, laying out, and operating production equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex procedures.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and process documentation is a plus.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Excellent manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination for delicate work.

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth
