- SALARY: $70000 – $90000 annually with flexibility based on skills and experience

DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or four to ten years of related experience and/or training, or a comparable combination of education and experience
- Ability to analyze business functions to design and modify information processing systems, with expertise in areas such as accounting, production, inventory control, distribution, cost analysis, finance, marketing, and human resources
- Ability to apply technical and functional knowledge to identify, evaluate, and develop systems and procedures. Collaborate with business unit management and staff to document business needs, operational processes, problems, and requirements, including data scope, usage, formatting, and security
- Ability to work closely with ERP developers and IT department personnel to design and develop automated business systems. Create and maintain functional specifications for new or modified systems, ensuring thorough documentation for technical requests related to reports, queries, and security solutions
- Ability to develop, coordinate, and implement testing plans for business and functional processes during system development and quality assurance phases
WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will demonstrate the ability to effectively plan and lead the analysis of complex business problems, identify opportunities for automation and implement systems that provide efficient and innovative solutions
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Track and document changes to functional and business specifications, and create or update user documentation, instructions, and procedures
- Monitor, document, and resolve post-implementation issues and revision requests.
- Keep supervisor informed on progress, issues, and successes by providing timely updates
- Contribute to time and cost estimates for projects and activities
