Job Description:
The Reserve Network is excited to hire Machine Operators who are committed to quality and safety in the workplace. You will follow blueprints and schematic workups to create precision implements and tools with large machinery. After each product is cut through the machine, you will check it for quality and that it meets specifications. Safety is paramount; always follow company and industry safety guidelines. We prefer candidates who have at least 1-3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities:
- Operate lab extruder based on development, customer activities and other needs
- Compile and analyze data from compounding and testing work projects
- Test products, compounds, or batches for defined goals and objectives
- Maintain, operate, and calibrate laboratory equipment, including necessary supplies
- Able to conduct small scale experiments relevant to understanding of components in a system
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 1 year experience in compounding/manufacturing facility, preferred
- 1 year experience in analytical or plastics testing methods and equipment, preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), with an emphasis on Excel
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must pass drug screen and background check

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range of the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth.
