Job Description
In this position, you will work with QuickBooks Desktop & Online. You will assist with small businesses that require General Bookkeeping, Reconciliation, Payroll and much more. If you want to assist with income taxes, they are willing to train you!
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for QuickBooks entry for a variety of businesses
- General bookkeeping procedures for various industry clients
- Processing of client payroll and reconciliations
Qualifications and Requirements:
- QuickBooks Desktop and online experience
- Knowledgeable of payroll tax and sales tax
- Technology-driven
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

The base salary range for this position is $26–$32 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
