In this position you will be responsible for developing and revising full architectural plans, managing custom redraws for specific projects, and coordinating updates to ensure accuracy across all affected documents. Additionally, you will maintain marketing materials, attend prototype plan reviews to provide recommendations and leverage your expertise in CAD, Revit, and other design tools to support residential design projects.
- Develop full architectural plans based on specifications
- Process, create, and manage custom redraws for certain projects
- Revise architectural plans as redlines and coordinate updates to all sheet affected
- Attend prototype plan reviews and make recommendations
- Maintain floor plans, elevation, and options for marketing materials
- A bachelor’s degree in architecture is required
- A minimum of 0-3 years of residential design experience is required
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in CAD, Revit, and Adobe Suite i.e., InDesign, Outlook, Word, and Excel are required
- Essential knowledge and understanding of residential construction drawings
- Strong attention to detail, verbal and written communication, time management, and organizational skills are highly preferred

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $65,000. – $72,000/yr., not including benefits, potential bonuses, or additional compensation. If hired, the base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. We believe in pay equity and consider internal equity of current team members as part of the final offer. This range represents the full base salary range for the role, and hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
