Job Description
A growing company is seeking a skilled, hands-on Senior Accountant to join its Accounting and Finance team and support the next phase of growth. Reporting to the Senior Accounting Manager, this role requires working with minimal supervision to become the financial and accounting expert for assigned responsibilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, a strong commitment to meeting deadlines, advanced critical thinking skills, and a dedication to process improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries, balance sheet adjustments, and financial consolidations.
- Review staff accountants’ work and support subsidiaries with accounting, SOX controls, and integrations.
- Reconcile high-risk accounts and manage the Blackline reconciliation process.
- Collaborate with auditors and stakeholders to fulfill data requests and ensure compliance with SOX controls.
- Perform variance analysis, financial commentary, and handle additional assignments as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Five (5) – seven (7) years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required, CPA or masters degree preferred
- Experience with JD Edwards ERP systems is required

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $80,000 – $100,000, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
