Job Description
A Pediatrician Receptionist is responsible for patient check-in/check-out, phone management, insurance verification, and appointment scheduling. All of which successfully satisfy the patient experience.
Responsibilities:
- Processing payment from patients
- Verify insurance eligibility and networks status
- Scheduling appointments and follow-ups for patients
- Answering phone calls, taking messages, forwarding calls from patients
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information
- Availability to work late nights, one Saturday/monthly, and work at either office location
- Ability to work well with other administrative professionals and medical practitioners
- Strong communication and organizational skills

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary for this position is $27,040, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
