Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Kitting Operator for a temp to hire position with a growing company known for its commitment to excellence and quality service in the Houston area. As a Kitting Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining Bindery machinery. If you have a strong work ethic and a desire to be part of a winning team, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot bindery equipment such as cutters, folders, gluers, trimmers, and binders.
- Read and understand work orders and job specifications to ensure accurate and timely production of printed materials.
- Adjust machinery as needed to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Follow company safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain bindery equipment to ensure proper working order.
- Package and process completed orders for shipment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- iHigHigh School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read and follow instructions on factory masters.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50Ibs
- Must have a clear background, drug-free status, and clean driving record.

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth.
