Job Description
You will maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our residential property, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for residents and visitors
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, stairwells, and recreational spaces.
- Clean and prepare vacant units for new residents, ensuring all surfaces, appliances, and fixtures are spotless.
- Restock cleaning supplies and notify management of maintenance needs or inventory shortages.
- Remove trash, sanitize high-touch areas, and follow safety and hygiene protocols.
- Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to maintain community standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Prior housekeeping or custodial experience, preferably in residential or multifamily housing settings.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and follow safety protocols for handling cleaning supplies.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Physical capability to lift to 50 lbs., stand, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Dependable, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
