Job Description
You will provide support to all construction field personnel and Operations staff, help facilitate closings, lot starts, support customer service, help drive quality and customer satisfaction, help to enforce corporate programs, help monitor performance by tracking and reporting, and assist with utilities.
Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and distribute reports internally and externally
- Track and prepare documentation for monthly bonus paperwork
- Schedule, organize, and prepare meetings, also maintain meeting minutes
- Track and manage field production costs, reductions
- Perform weekly house file audits to ensure they are in compliance
- Track and manage survey processes, results, goals, follow ups, and updates
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2+ years prior administrative office experience required, including strong computer usage
- Proficiency and experience in Excel, including data analysis – exporting data, calculations, use of filters, sorting, graphs, etc. Experience with MS Office – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint. Experience in Access a plus but not required
- Accounts payable experience a plus. Will be processing, auditing, and evaluating invoices for correct billing
- Ability to multi task, prioritize deadlines, work in a fast paced environment
